Thank you for your interest and support of Global Telangana Association (“GTA”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before registering for any event, purchasing tickets, or engaging our services.
All event registrations, ticket purchases, sponsorships, and membership fees are final and non-cancellable once payment is made.
By registering, purchasing, or paying, you agree that GTA will not accept cancellation requests unless otherwise specified in writing.
If GTA postpones, reschedules, or cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, government regulations, force majeure), it will notify all registered participants promptly.
In case of event cancellation by GTA, participants may be offered a full refund of the payment or a credit toward a future GTA event, at GTA’s discretion.
In case of postponement or rescheduling, the registration shall remain valid for the new dates without additional charges, unless specified otherwise.
You are responsible for reviewing event dates, schedules, locations, and the particulars of your registration prior to purchase.
Once registration is confirmed and payment processed, decisions cannot be reversed or modified.
GTA does not allow partial cancellations (for example, cancelling one day of a multi-day event) after registration.
Transfers of registration (to another person) are only possible if explicitly allowed in the event terms and approved in writing by GTA.

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from or related to cancellations shall be under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
