Thank you for supporting the Global Telangana Association (“GTA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Refund Policy explains when we offer refunds, and the process to request a refund, for payments made through our website or event registrations.
All tickets, passes, sponsorship registrations, and membership fees issued by GTA are non-refundable once payment is completed.
By purchasing or registering, you acknowledge that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances except as stated below.
If an event is cancelled by GTA, or if the date or venue is changed, GTA will notify all registered participants.
In such cases, GTA may at its discretion offer one of the following:
A full refund of the amount paid.
A credit toward a future GTA event.
The option offered (refund vs credit) will be communicated in writing to all affected participants.

Date of purchase / registration
Reason for refund
Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind, cannot attend, or for any personal reasons after purchasing.
Refunds are not offered for partial use of services (e.g. if you attended one part of a multi-day event).
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the GTA Organizing Committee under these policy terms.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, wherever possible.
If the original payment method is not available, or by mutual agreement, GTA may offer an alternate method of refund (e.g. bank transfer).
